Responsibilities:
Keep facility and grounds clean and in orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (mopping/vacuuming) Perform routine maintenance tasks (Painting, Minor Repairs, etc).
Organize storage closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Oversee and schedule outside contractors for major repairs Perform weekly supply runs for needed materials.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must have a valid Driver's License Job Type:
