3rd Shift is required when needed only.
Qualified candidates can grow into the Front Desk Supervisor (FDS) position within 6 months to a year.
After becoming FDS, the employee can become a Front Desk Leader (FDL) after 1 year.
FDS & FDL has vacation time and higher pay.
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate and courteous manner Attend to customers and answer all phone calls and attend to all guests in a timely manner Offer friendly customer service and handle guest issues Input and maintain all documentation regarding room registration, charges, credit card transactions, and maintenance issues Accuratly manage room status on the property management system Reports any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff Perform laundry duties as needed Properly complete front desk checklist tasks Job Requirements:
Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays Working for the same company for at least 2 years continously Customer interaction-related job experience helpful Friendly, reliable, & detail-oriented Contributing to keeping a positive team workplace Background check required for hired candidates About the Property:
