Job Description:
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for all customers of business.
You will greet guests, answer phone calls, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining/ordering office supplies.
Essential Role Functions Answer phones Greet visitors Distribute daily mail.
Filing Assist the accounting department.
Make copies of freight invoices Scan BOL to the system Work on the cash roll for any credit that must be processed Open new customer accounts Send DPU with orders.
Other administrative duties.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Work Experience Requirements for This Role Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have proper phone etiquette Ability to prioritize tasks Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location:
