Review and verify incoming ordersContact customers if the purchase order is missingConfirm part numbers in their systemCreate files for new parts and resolve discrepanciesValidate quotesCoordinate with managers to determine the production line for new parts Input non-conformance details and ensure completeness Track and update order details Respond to emails containing purchase ordersFile received purchase ordersAssist the purchasing department with any discrepancies or changesPreferred Qualifications for the Customer Service/Order Entry Representative:
