Contract Recruiter

Overview
In this Contract role, you will recruit and execute hiring plans to efficiently fill vacancies with top talent for a division in Canada. We seek a passionate talent acquisition professional with strong experience in Sales recruitment.
This Contract position will be approximately 3-6 months and will be based in our Cicero, IL location.
Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle Talent Acquisition process
Create and manage external talent pipelines
Create and implement company recruiting plan
Create and build relationships with Universities, partner organizations, and community resources
Analyze recruitment metrics and design plans around areas of opportunity
Ensure effective communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
Ensure adherence to company recruiting and hiring process
Partner with Management to elevate talent and ensure best hiring decision is made
Qualifications
BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, ideal but not required
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting and/or HR experience, including complete understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Experience in using latest applicant tracking tools, i.e. Workday, iCIMS and proactive sourcing tools
Bring a creative nature to solving talent acquisition challenges
Have an exceptional proven track record of developing and maintaining client relations with stakeholder and peers
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to:
Work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
Interact effectively with employees at various levels of the organization
Attend to detail and multi task
Understand the need and ability to respond quickly to requests.
Communicate effectively
Physical Demands of Job:
Frequent hand motion with answering and dialing phones
Occasional carrying and lifting of 15 pounds to perform various duties
Occasional immediate and overhead reaching to perform various duties
Occasional standing and walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties
Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation
Minimal squatting or bending to perform various duties

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
